Tom is an experienced lawyer who represents employers and insurers in the field of personal injury and workers compensation. He has acted for clients in the corporate, government and private sector, and practices in multiple jurisdictions across Australia, with particular focus on NSW and the ACT.

His experience extends to representing clients in complex statutory insurance claims, work injury damages claims and s151Z WCA 1987 recovery claims, as well as providing general claim strategy advice.

Tom is also regularly engaged by clients to develop risk mitigation strategies, to reduce the prevalence of claims and reduce claim costs and premiums.

He acts for clients in the Personal Injury Commission, as well as the NSW District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
