Caitlin is an experienced workplace relations and employment lawyer, following her admission into the Supreme Court of NSW in 2021. She has a reputation for providing practical and strategic advice to both employers and workers, which incorporates sophisticated technical skill with sector and insights.

 

 

Caitlin works across both public and private sectors, routinely representing clients in industries including education, religious, disability and the not-for-profit sector. She takes a pragmatic and tailored approach to supporting clients through a wide range of matters, including conduct and disciplinary issues, compliance and regulation, dispute resolution, general litigation and policy development and implementation.

Caitlin has an outstanding record in conducting robust and technical workplace investigations with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring fair treatment of all parties, and producing outcomes which withstand legal scrutiny. Additionally, her significant experience in child protection routinely provides insight and support to clients in their commitment to best practice.

In dedication to continued professional development, Caitlin is currently completing her Master of Labour Law and Relations with the University of Sydney, ensuring she remains at the forefront of developments and best practice within employment law and investigation standards.
